Set within 42 acres of wild and romantic English countryside, Our Retreat is the perfect place to take a break from your hectic lifestyle, and gain new perspectives on how to balance a busy job and family life with mental and physical self-care. On our latest wellness retreat, you'll do just that, staying for three nights in a beautiful rural setting, with daily yoga and mindfulness sessions led by experts in their fields.
Yoga instructor Jade McClernon will take you through a daily practice. Sound artist Cherub Sanson will employ gongs, drums and Cherabella crystal sound bowls to help you unwind and deeply calm your senses through vibration. A new addition for this exclusive retreat will be access to accredited life coach Saima Morgan. Saima is on a mission to help others increase energy, productivity, focus, mental and emotional wellbeing and confidence. You'll also be joined by a member of Women's Health magazine's editorial team for a session on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while juggling a busy career and personal commitments.
This combination of yoga and sound meditation will lead you from the sympathetic nervous system - where most of us live our lives - to the parasympathetic nervous system, where the body can rest and recharge.

Jade, Cherub and Saima are all experts in their fields, selected by Our Retreat for their experience and industry reputation. They will help you reach your mindfulness goals through the use of movement, sound and breath.

Nutritous meals
After your morning practice, you'll enjoy a healthy buffet-style brunch to fuel your day, created by the on-site chefs. Arrive at Our Retreat today, surrounded by 42 acres of ancient forest and wild meadows. This beautiful space is a place for truth and growth. After settling in, you'll hear an informative welcoming talk.
You'll then have a welcome dinner prepared by the retreat's excellent in-house chefs. This will consist of a delicious buffet-style plant-based meal. Help yourself and sit around the table getting to know your fellow guests.
Enjoy a Yin Yoga and meditation session with instructor Jade McClernon this evening before bed.

12pm - A Women's Health editoral staff member (tbc)will join you for a Q&A session in the yurt, discussing how they stay Zen while leading a busy lifestyle in the city.
2pm - Enjoy a walk in the retreat's 42 acres of stunning woodland
3pm - Back from our walk and in time for snacks and protein shakes made by your wonderful chefs.
4pm - Core-based Pilates with Jade McClernon
