On this seven-night all-inclusive river cruise, you'll wind your
way through the picturesque Médoc wine region, visiting exceptional

chef, Raymond Blanc, who'll host an interactive cooking
demonstration of some of his favourite dishes and answer your
questions in a Q&A session.
Setting off from Bordeaux, you'll discover the UNESCO-listed
citadel in Blaye, explore the mysterious underground catacombs of
Saint-Émilion, see Libourne's Gothic church, and cycle through the
rolling vineyards of Sauternes.
Among the excursions are visits to several vineyards and elegant
châteaux wine estates, where you can take part in wine tastings and
learn about the wine-making process. You can even learn the art of
French cuisine in Scenic Culinaire, the ship's onboard cookery
classes, so you can learn how to recreate the tastes of Bordeaux in
your own kitchen. You'll visit a local food market with a Chef to
pick out produce to use in your class.
