Day1Arrive at NellimIvalo, Finland
On arrival at Ivalo you will be met and transferred to Nellim. Check into your accommodation and enjoy an evening meal.
Day2Reindeer Farm and searching for SantaNellim, Finland
This morning, travel by snowmobile pulled sledge to the Reindeer Farm where you will meet the reindeer and the local herders. After lunch test your snowshoe skills 'in search of Santa' in the snowy wilderness around Nellim before heading back into the warm and learning how to bake traditional gingerbread before dinner.
Day3Husky sledding and Santa visitNellim, Finland
Today we head out for a morning Husky Sledging. Parents will learn the art of mushing, with their children sat comfortably in the sledge, before visiting the husky kennels to meet the huskies and their puppies. After lunch it's time to visit Santa who has already received the letters written to him by the children. Santa will discuss the Christmas wishes and dreams of each child, and with a little help from the parents, Santa will also hand out a small present. This evening travel to the Aurora camp by snowmobile pulled sledge. Keep warm by the fire whilst waiting for the northern lights. Hot drinks will be served during the evening.
Day4Ski dayNellim, Finland
If only taking a three-night break, enjoy an early morning snack before transferring to Ivalo Airport for your return flight home. If staying on, enjoy a day at leisure to explore by snowshoe or ski, or alternatively choose from a selection of excursions (contact our team to book). If staying the full seven nights, begin the afternoon with a short ski lesson before trying out a longer trail by yourself and later will enjoying hot drinks by the campfire. You can keep the skis for the rest of the day and continue with this fun activity at leisure.
Day5Snowmobile safariNellim, Finland
If heading home today, enjoy an early morning breakfast before transferring to Ivalo Airport for your return flight home. If staying on, enjoy a two-hour trip out into the wildnerness. This is great fun for parents and children alike. Whilst parents are mastering the technique of snowmobiling, children are tucked comfortably in the sledge pulled by the guide's snowmobile. There will be a stop for lunch by the campfire before heading back to Nellim.

Day at leisure to explore by snowshoe or ski.
Day7Day at leisure and evening Aurora HuntNellim, Finland
Enjoy a day at leisure and this evening join the Aurora Hunt by car.
Day8Return flightIvalo, Finland
Tuck into an early morning breakfast before transferring to Ivalo Airport for your return flight home.
