WHAT WE LOVE...

This 18th-century, redbrick Georgian house is not only the perfect springboard for an active break in The Broads National Park or a cultural trip to Norwich, but it also makes a good venue for celebrating a special occasion. The elegant front, with ornamental gables and chimneys, overlooks water meadows and a long river. Hands-on owners Anna Duttson and James Holliday have a long track record in hospitality, and lead a hardworking team who offer a warm welcome to new and returning guests. The 16 comfy rooms, suites and cottages combine with a small spa with treatment rooms, and a skillful restaurant serving inventive fixed-price dinner menus.
