Michelin-starred chef Paul Ainsworth's handsome 18th-century townhouse offers six individually styled suites with their own unique furnishings, set high in the pretty Old Town of Padstow and tucked away from the hub of the harbour. Expect all the home comforts you could wish for, along with some pampering treats and indulgent surprises, including a superbly stocked honesty pantry with gin and whisky galore and yummy homemade cakes. A fishing trip on board the 'Emma Kate' offers an exciting way to discover a wreck-reef or enjoy a spot of mackerel fishing.

The locally caught monkfish tail served with white crab, leek royale and jack shell gravy melts in the mouth and Paul's signature dessert, A Fairground Tale, consists of three courses of sweet treats - a show-stopping sensation to end an evening.
